The Stax Museum of American Soul Music online store will accept returns up to 60 days after the original purchase date. Items being returned must include the original receipt or invoice and must be in new condition, including original packaging, with tags still attached to the merchandise. Items will be examined upon arrival at our facility before being refunded. Once inspected, your refund will then be immediately credited in our system. Your refund may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. The refund amount will only include the cost of the item, not the original shipping cost.
Please be advised that items can only be returned completely or exchanged for a different size. Should you return an item and wish to purchase an alternate item, you must return the original item and then place a new order at shop.staxmuseum.com.
